Estamos buscando un/a Administrador EXPERTO EN AIX (EXPERTO EN AIX), para vacante híbrida en MADRID O MALAGA (remoto en otras localizaciones de España).
🔍 ¿Qué buscamos?:
Expert UNIX sysadmin, able to operate/manage different Linux, AIX and Solaris environments in an international environment.
As a senior sysadmin, the candidate must be able to act proactively and with limited supervision to troubleshoot issues and complete planned activities, collaborating with other teams (in English) and follow existing guidelines/procedures with SLAs in mind.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS & hardware issues on physical and virtual servers
• Perform planned activities (server updates/upgrades, virtual server creation/configuration, etc)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Propose improvement actions to streamline existing processes and activities
• Document processes and best practices for future reference of the team
• Act as escalation/technical referent for less experienced team members
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience as Linux (Red Hat, CentOS) sysadmin
• 5+ years of experience as AIX sysadmin
• 2+ years of experience as Solaris sysadmin
• 1+ years of experience on virtualization tools (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• 2+ years of experience on ITIL-guided environments and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, FreshService...)
• Familiarity with SAN management and concepts
• Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• English B2+/C1 (fluent both writing and speaking)
• Fluency in French is a plus
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience working with RHEL Satellite v6
• 2+ years of experience on IBM platforms
• Scripting
• Ansible
• HA platforms
• 1+ years of experience managing external stakeholders and final clients at a technical level
• Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, LPIC) will be considered and advantage

CONDICIONES
⭐¿Qué Ofrecemos?
- Lugar de trabajo: híbrido en MADRID O MALAGA (remoto en otras localizaciones de España).
- Turnos:
- 07:00-15:00 / 10:00-19:00
- Availability to perform planned activities out of business hours (outside of Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00)
- Contrato indefinido con IRIUM
- Retribución flexible (restaurante, transporte y guardería)
- Banda salarial: Según valía y experiencia (44 – 54K)
- 23 días de vacaciones 🏕️
